Von au\u00dfen kennt sie jeder. Viel weniger wissen, dass sich im Berg ein <strong>H\u00f6hlensystem<\/strong> verbirgt.<\/p><p>Zehn Jahre haben wir darauf gewartet, hineinzukommen. In der Rocca ist es stockdunkel, die Luft ist feucht und auch im Sommer k\u00fchl, und jeder Schritt braucht Aufmerksamkeit. Eine stille Welt, nur wenige Meter von den Gassen voller Touristen entfernt.<\/p><h2>Wichtig: nicht auf eigene Faust<\/h2><p>Die H\u00f6hlen der Rocca sind kein Touristenweg. Geh nicht ohne Genehmigung und ohne erfahrenen Guide hinein: Der Boden ist instabil, man verliert leicht die Orientierung, und die Umgebung muss gesch\u00fctzt werden. H\u00f6hlen sind empfindliche Lebensr\u00e4ume, zum Beispiel f\u00fcr Flederm\u00e4use. Lass alles, wie es ist, nimm nichts mit und lass nichts zur\u00fcck. Genau deshalb haben wir auch ein <a href=\"\/de\/hoehlen-cleanup-cefalu\/\">Cleanup in einer K\u00fcstenh\u00f6hle<\/a> organisiert.<\/p><\/div><\/div><div class=\"blk narrow rv\"><div class=\"prose\"><h2>Was du auf der Rocca sehen kannst (ohne unter die Erde)<\/h2><ul><li><strong>Der Diana-Tempel<\/strong>: ein sehr altes megalithisches Bauwerk auf halber H\u00f6he.<\/li><li><strong>Mauern und Burgruinen<\/strong> auf dem Gipfel, mit mittelalterlichen Zisternen und \u00d6fen.<\/li><li><strong>Die Aussicht<\/strong> \u00fcber die D\u00e4cher von Cefal\u00f9, den Dom und die K\u00fcste bis zu den Madonie.<\/li><\/ul><p>Der Weg beginnt in der Altstadt, zu Fu\u00df braucht man in gem\u00fctlichem Tempo etwa eine Stunde.
