Our wonderful hemp pasta is handmade in Basilicata, a region in Italy.
The wheat flour comes from organic farming in Basilicata. Hemp flour comes from the stone milling of hemp seeds. It is a gluten-free, wholemeal flour, naturally rich in proteins, essential fatty acids, vitamins and minerals. It comes from controlled and sustainable cultivation. The hemp flour used in this product is 100% Lucanian, processed at (almost) Km0 (zero kilometres).
