Our wonderful hemp pasta is handmade in Basilicata, a region in Italy.
The wheat flour comes from organic farming in Basilicata. Hemp flour comes from the stone milling of hemp seeds. It is naturally rich in proteins, essential fatty acids, vitamins and minerals. It comes from controlled and sustainable cultivation. The hemp flour used in this product is 100% Lucanian, processed at (almost) Km0 (zero kilometres). The pasta is highly digestible.
Ingredients: Whole wheat flour, 10% hemp seed flour and water. Contains gluten.
