Made from orange blossoms – Sicilian zagara. An intense fragrance of citrus blossoms and a sweet, fruity flavour. Ideal with ricotta, fresh cheeses and desserts.
Produced at the foot of Mount Etna, in the Zafferana Etnea area, using traditional methods: extracted by centrifugation and left to crystallise naturally.
