One of Sicily’s most characteristic honeys: light in colour, delicate, with a subtle hint of vanilla. It crystallises into a fine, creamy texture. Excellent in tea and milk, and a favourite with children.
Produced at the foot of Mount Etna, in the Zafferana Etnea area, using traditional methods: extracted by centrifugation and left to crystallise naturally.
