Types of data processed

The Data Controller informs users that the computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. Optional provision of data 

Apart from what is specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data using the e-mail addresses indicated on this site (e.g. info@addicted-to.com) and the contact/request for information form.
Failure to provide data may make it impossible to obtain what has been requested.


Duration of treatment 

The personal data provided by the user will be processed for the time necessary and not exceeding the time required to achieve the purposes described above, and also subsequently for the fulfilment of legal obligations. Any data collected for purposes relating to curricula vitae will be kept for a period not exceeding 24 months after which, if not used, it will be destroyed.


Communication and dissemination of common personal data 

The data collected by the Data Controller, such as, for example, the forwarding by the user of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site, are not "disseminated" by the Data Controller, by which term is meant giving knowledge of them to unspecified parties in any way, including by making them available or consulting them.
On the other hand, the personal data of the data subject may be ?communicated' by the Data Controller, by which term is meant the disclosure of such data to one or more specific persons, in the following terms:

a. persons entrusted by the Data Controller with the processing of data within its structure;

b. third parties to which the Controller turns to perform services of a commercial, professional and/or technical nature, in
outsourcing and duly entrusted with the processing of data, functional to the above-mentioned purposes;

d. to persons who can access the data by virtue of legal provisions or EU regulations,
