Rare and delicate, made from the blossoms of Sicilian lemon groves. Light in colour with a fresh citrus aroma. Delicious in herbal teas, on fruit and in vinaigrettes.
Produced at the foot of Mount Etna, in the Zafferana Etnea area, using traditional methods: extracted by centrifugation and left to crystallise naturally.
